Cryptic Crossword #2

Hey everyone!  This is my second cryptic crossword.  I completed it on December 11th, at around 1:00am... pretty early, but I was celebrating a completed semester in school.  Hopefully, this means I'll have the time to set more puzzles for you all.  Thanks to mentalplayground for helping me with 9-across.
